The Role
We’re seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with a deep understanding of frontend development and AI-driven tools that can streamline workflows. Your role will involve building and maintaining our websites, ensuring pixel-perfect frontend execution based on Figma designs, and leveraging the latest AI advancements to optimize development efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance WordPress websites.
- Implement pixel-perfect frontend designs from Figma.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Stay up to date with AI-driven development tools and integrate them where beneficial.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure site security and reliability.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to execute projects efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, page builders).
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g., Tailwind, React, or Vue is a plus).
- Familiarity with AI-powered dev tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI-based automation frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute pixel-perfect designs from Figma.
- Experience optimizing website speed and performance.
- Understanding of SEO best practices for technical implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with iGaming websites or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of server-side management (cPanel, Cloudflare, VPS, etc.).
